I started my professional life working for some of the biggest corporations in Israel, where I led and managed multiple, and high-value transactions. My experience as both a lawyer and an accountant has given me a profound understanding of deal structures, strategy building, and the vast implications from finance, business, tax, and legal perspective – from the fine print to the bigger picture.

 

When I came across the startups and venture capital ecosystem, I was fascinated by the dynamics and agility of founders and early-stage investors—the Pioneers of the new, innovative landscape of the Israeli Hi-tech. Not long after, I left the corporate world's comfort from companies such as KPMG and Israel securities Authority to join this new adventure and started a unique and dedicated practice to help founders build their companies with corporate standards.

 

Several years later, I found myself leading some of the most exciting, innovative, and visionary entrepreneurs and early-stage, high-net-worth individuals in Israel, managing all of their financials, providing my business insights, and working with the legal teams to bind each transaction from every single aspect.
